We accept return requests for framed Giclee Prints in the following scenarios:

• Artwork shipped in the wrong size
• Artwork shipped on the wrong paper type
• Artwork shipped in the wrong frame
• Artwork delivered in damaged condition

2. RETURN POLICY FOR UNFRAMED GICLEE PRINTS

We accept return requests for unframed Giclee Prints in the following scenarios:

• Artwork shipped in the wrong size
• Artwork delivered in damaged condition

3. RETURN POLICY FOR STATIONARY PRODUCTS

We accept return requests for Stationery Products in the following scenarios:

• Wrong product delivered
• Product delivered in damaged condition

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
